1. Terms and Conditions

1.1 Business

ONKA COLLECTIONS is a proudly South African business owned by a Black Woman, established in 2022. We sell oil-based luxury perfumes, home diffusers, and lifestyle products.

1.2 Products

All our perfumes are inspired by luxury scents. We are not affiliated with the original brands. Oil-based and long-lasting.

1.3 Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices:

• Perfume 50ml — R300
• Daisy Luxury Edition Launch — R180 (Then R220)
• Combo His+Hers — R550
• Home Diffuser 150ml — R350

1.4 Orders

Orders are confirmed after payment via PayFast, EFT, or Cash on Delivery (for local deliveries). Also on WhatsApp 082 854 6365 — send POP for clarity. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable.

2. Shipping Policy

We deliver nationwide in South Africa via PUDO and other methods.

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment received.
• Delivery Time: PUDO 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Fee: R60 – R120 depending on size (calculated at checkout).
• Local Delivery: Ganyesa — Free.
• Tracking: You will receive a PUDO tracking number via WhatsApp once shipped.
• Address: Please make sure your phone number and PUDO locker is correct. We are not responsible for wrong locker selected.

3. Refund and Return Policy

Because of hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used products.

3.1 Damaged / Wrong Item

If your bottle arrives broken or wrong scent, please send a photo/video within 24 hours of receiving via WhatsApp 082 854 6365. We will replace it free or refund within 5 business days.

3.2 Change of Mind

Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 3 days of delivery for exchange to another scent only. Buyer pays return PUDO fee.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed via the same method you paid (PayFast will refund to your card/bank). Takes 5–7 business days.

3.4 No Refund On

Products that have been opened, sprayed, or used.

4. Privacy Policy

We only collect your name, phone, email and delivery address to process your order. We never share or sell your info. Payments are securely processed by PayFast. WhatsApp us to delete your data.
